Questions about wedding videography
What area do you cover?
I film weddings in Rovaniemi, Lapland and all over Finland – and abroad. Any travel costs are included in the quote.
How do I book and pay?
Once you have chosen a package, I will send you a contract to review and accept. The booking is confirmed with a €500 deposit, which is deducted from the total. The final invoice is sent the day after the wedding.
When is the planning meeting held?
It is best held close to the wedding, usually a week or two before, when the programme and details are already known. We go through the schedule, the key moments and your wishes for the film.
When and how is the wedding video delivered?
The finished wedding film is delivered in 4K via a download link within two months of the wedding.
Can we choose any music for the film?
Unfortunately not. I am responsible for copyright compliance, so I only use legally licensed music from the Artlist and Musicbed libraries. You are welcome to browse them and suggest a song.
Is photography also possible?
Yes – the hybrid package includes both a wedding film and photos from the same creator. The number of photos and the film length are then slightly smaller, and not every moment can be captured on photo and video at the same time.
What is a trailer like?
The trailer is a 40–60 second highlight of the best moments of the day, easy to share on social media. You get it in both landscape and vertical formats.
